at Accounting and Financial Solutions. I am proud of the team.
Our Team
With tax and regulation rules constantly changing you deserve peace
of mind. To this end, Accounting and Financial Solutions
is committed to actively participating in professional education
programs to keep abreast of the changes in the Australian Taxation
System, business management, succession, wealth creation and asset
protection. We strive to improve our knowledge and expertise to
ensure we excel in, and provide, the very best accounting, taxation
and financial services.
A team that has grown from humble beginnings.
Accounting and Financial Solutions was established
on a full-time basis in August 1996 by Richard Glover. Over the
years we have grown in size. What began as Richard Glover working
from home on business services, tax and investment advice, has grown
into a successful practice with its head office at 50 Frasers Road,
Ashgrove QLD 4060. The Accounting and Financial Solutions
team consists of professional accountants, undergraduate and degree
qualified professional staff, financial planning and client services
staff. We specialise in providing assistance to a diverse range
of clients.
Accounting and Financial Solutions has been awarded
several loan broking and dealer group awards as a result of their
excellence in providing investment strategy advice to their clients.
Richard Glover FCPA JP (Qual)
Richard has been a qualified accountant and registered tax agent
since 1970. In 1995, Richard recognised the need to provide a total
financial service to his clients and having qualified, he became
a Proper Authority Holder with a large licensed dealer in securities.
Apart from providing wealth building and tax minimisation strategies,
Richard’s specialty areas include: -
- Tax planning, Self-managed Superannuation Funds, accounting,
cashflow and investment advice; and
- business services growth and succession plans.
Richard is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the National
Taxation and Accountants Association (NTAA) and Finance Brokers
Association of Australia (FBAA), and is a Registered Tax Agent.
Amanda Girling
Amanda is the key Client Services and Administration person, having
joined us in October 1999. Amanda is also a qualified loan
writer and her experience ranges across a variety of industries
including insurance, real estate and other accounting firms.
Bryce Uy
Bryce joined us in September 2009 in the Taxation and Business
Services area. In 2011 he will complete his Bachelors degree in
Business, majoring in Accounting. He competes in numerous basketball
tournaments and likes to spend his spare time in the kitchen creating
delectable desserts (and we really enjoy them).
